These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Draft Football Insight Tracker ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Draft Football Insight Tracker mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

The Draft Football Insight Tracker name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Draft Football Insight Tracker or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
All NFL team names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL or any NFL team.
The App provides sports information, statistics, scores, and related content ("Content") for informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Content.
The Content should not be relied upon for any betting, gambling, or financial decisions. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your reliance on the Content provided in the App.
Sports data and statistics may be delayed or subject to errors. Real-time scores are updated periodically but may not reflect actual game status at any given moment.
The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER DRAFT FOOTBALL INSIGHT TRACKER NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH DRAFT FOOTBALL INSIGHT TRACKER MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE APP.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER DRAFT FOOTBALL INSIGHT TRACKER NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH DRAFT FOOTBALL INSIGHT TRACKER REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE APP WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT THE APP OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DRAFT FOOTBALL INSIGHT TRACKER, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, OR ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Draft Football Insight Tracker, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Draft Football Insight Tracker is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its intent. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver by Draft Football Insight Tracker of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Draft Football Insight Tracker to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Draft Football Insight Tracker regarding the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the App.
