These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Draft Football Insight Tracker ("we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of the mobile application and any related services. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
By accessing or using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

The app and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and software — are the property of Draft Football Insight Tracker or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use any trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.
The app may display sports data, news, statistics, or other content from third-party sources. We do not endorse, control, or guarantee the accuracy of third-party content. Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Draft Football Insight Tracker be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Draft Football Insight Tracker and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the app at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app immediately ceases.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
